Pincock Perspectives - RPA
|
The Pincock Perspectives document outlines the minimum report contents for Engineering Studies. TMG has employed the use of
this tool for the successful completion of multiple PEA, PFS and FS studies that have been filed to SEDAR as the NI 43-101
Technical Report. This tool allows all persons working on the study to maintain focus on the level of detail for
each element that feeds into any of the studies.

ArcelorMittal Optimizes Supply Chain Logistics with Predictive Analytics - ARC Advisory Group
|
This paper focuses on optimizations within the Supply Chain Logistics by ArcelorMittal to extract, process,
haul and ship 26 million metric tons of iron ore products from two independent companies in Quebec, Canada.
The use of an in-house software (OSIsoft PI System) with over 15 years of data logged, allowed ArcelorMittal
to increase production by over 10 million metric tons with minimal capital expenditure. TMG empowers clients
to look at analyzing data from existing operations to optimize systems that could lead to OPEX savings or CAPEX reductions.

Introduction to the PDRI - Valancy Inc.
|
The Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) is a methodology used by capital projects to measure the degree of scope definition,
identify gaps, and take appropriate actions to reduce risk during front end planning (PEA, PFS, FS).
TMG uses the PDRI method to identify shortfalls or areas that have been overlooked within either a
specific package or for an overall view of the scope of the study.

Evaluation of Cave-to-Mill Opportunities at the New Afton Mine - UBC
|
A block cave to mill study focused on identifying value opportunities related to ore sorting as development
progresses deeper. Material analysis helped to identify areas of the underground extraction level that experienced high degrees
of variations in grade, and thus stand to benefit from dedicated ore and waste handling systems should bulk ore sorting be implemented.
TMG personnel have been involved in ore sorting in both particle and bulk formats, as well as other state of the art technologies,
such as comingled tailings, autonomous vehicles etc.
