Peter Woodhouse, P.Eng.
	- Peter has over 35 years of experience in engineering and project management, dedicated primarily to the development of mining infrastructure. Peter’s most recent position was as the Vice President, Projects at New Gold Inc. He filled the same role at Centerra Gold Inc. He has been an corporate executive since May 2014.
	- He has been responsible for overall capital projects development. This included the institution of corporate project management teams, site project management teams, as well as the establishment of a comprehensive set of project management tools.
	- While at Centerra Gold he was a member of the Board of Directors of Greenstone Gold Mines, appointed in December 2015.
	- Since 1997 Peter has also been the principal of Technology Management Group Inc. During that time he also held senior project management roles for Canada Lithium, Hatch, SNC Lavalin, and Xstrata Nickel.
	- Peter has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) from McGill University (1980). He is registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, Canada
